So I know I haven’t posted for a while…sorry about that. I’ve been quite busy helping my mom with my sister’s graduation party. Talking about graduation, my middle school graduation- which will mark the end of my eight years at my stupid damn public school- is just around the corner. I have absolutely no idea what to wear…I’ll probably just wear the typical selwar kameez. As for hijab, somebody’s taking a trip to the Arabic store a week before the big day.
As for my reading progress…it’s going very slow. I’m afraid I’ll be graduating with a dozen unreturned books that I’ve borrowed from my teachers.
You may be thinking that I must be very excited for June to come, but for the most part I’m actually very nervous. I have my regents exams coming up which I really want to do well in. I’m not so nervous about Algebra but I am for Earth Science concerning the fact I never payed any attention in that class. Then I also have my science state test. And to add to that, there’s my Bronx Science Placement exam, which I must do really well on if I want to get into an honors classes. Otherwise, June seems really exciting. I will be finally moving on in life inshallah.
The second season of Suits will be premiering on June 14th…and the Euro Cup is going to start…YAYYYYYYYYYY!
If that is even possible.
And I’m supposed to also finish the Hobbit, which I should be finishing this weekend…
